This policy explains how Clean & Seal Pty Ltd (ABN 97 701 309 962), trading as Clean & Seal, handles your personal information when you visit this website, ask us for a quote or become a customer. We only collect what we need to quote, do and get paid for driveway cleaning and sealing work.

We record calls and text messages

  • We record phone calls to and from our business number, and we keep the text messages we send and receive.
  • These are for internal use only, to improve the customer experience. They help us get your details right, follow up properly and train our team.
  • We do not sell them or share them for anyone's marketing. The companies that run our phones, storage and transcription handle them on our behalf and only for that purpose. Calls are turned into written notes using AI tools.
  • If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we can deal with you by email or in person instead.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number, email and the address of the property.
  • Details about the job: surfaces and measurements, notes, and any photos you send us, including photos you use in our colour visualiser.
  • Your quote, booking, invoices and payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
  • Your texts, emails and calls with us.
  • How you use your quote page, for example when it was opened, so we know when to follow up.
  • How you found us. This website remembers the ad you clicked and uses Google's advertising tag, including counting taps on our phone number, so we can tell which ads work.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and do the work, send you updates, invoice and take payment, keep our records, and improve our service. We also use AI tools to help draft our messages and to create colour previews of your driveway. The details needed for that are sent to our AI provider for that purpose only.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems, and only what they need: Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting and storage), Twilio (calls and texts), Google (maps, street imagery, advertising and AI), Stripe (card payments), Resend (email), Xero (accounting) and, if you asked for a quote through one of our ads, Meta. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored in our business systems with access limited to our team, each with their own login and only the access their role needs. We keep it for as long as we need it for your job and our records.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep invoices and payment records for tax law), or ask us to stop texting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
