Down by the wharf and along the waterfront, the older cottages sit on modest blocks with concrete and paver driveways that have weathered years of estuary salt and damp. Away from the water, the streets climbing toward Killcare Heights are leafy and shaded, so those driveways carry more moss and green than salt haze. a month agoRiley is genuinely a lovely young man with high professional standards and much pride in his self owned business. His honed customer service skills and attention to detail is more than impressive at such a young age. He showed up on time for the initial quote, emailed details through within 24 hours, answered questions & followed up diligently throughout the whole process. We had a large concrete area to be cleaned & sealed & a driveway to be cleaned & resealed. Riley and his team were professional & perfectionists from start to finish taking care to ensure no damage occurred to our house or gardens through any wayward over spray. Our newly cleaned & sealed concrete looks incredible and I can’t recommend Riley & his team highly enough. Consummate professionals from start to finish, all completed at a reasonable price too.

a month agoWe recently had our old driveway revamped by Riley at Clean & Seal, and couldn't be happier with the result! We had an old stencilled driveway that met a badly concreted section that was kicking up gravel. Riley was prompt with his quote and always on time, and the work was carried out exactly as scheduled. Both guys were friendly, worked hard, and always left the yard clean and tidy. Great service and a quality job — it's given our driveway a lovely fresh, consistent look. a month agoClean & Seal - Driveways I do not often write reviews but when a company is this good I would regret not doing so. I have spent my life in the luxury hotel business, where service is at the top of the list for customers ‘Clean and Seal Driveways’. From Riley Penn’s first visit to offer a quote, I had others, It was different. He checked the area and asked detail of exactly what I wanted, from cleaning to what type of sealant I wanted …the brick driveway was in a bad state. His colleague George, did the cleanly to find the a previous builder had stained the bricks almost beyond repair. Eventually after a number of tries using various methods including acid he brought it back to its original state. Then using sand he filled the gaps but felt in needed a dinner sand so went and bought some. It was eventually sealed, stalled by me using a hose on the nearby lawn ! The time they spent to get it right was way over the time his quote covered, but the original quote was honoured. As a final thoght he left me a bag with a thank you note along with sweets …something that has never happen before with the many trades I have dealt with. Riley and George are extraordinary when it comes to service and quality of work and as such would recommend unquestionable to anyone require work to be done on his driveway (you may even call me should you wish a verbal quote, Riley has my number) Thank you ‘CLEAN & SEAL .

3 weeks agoRiley and his team, "Clean & Seal"did a great job in restoring my drive way! The driveway now looks brand new! George did the high preassure cleaning and preparation of the concrete. One week later George returned with Gavin and did the application of two full coates of Premium Sealer ( Dulux Avista). George and Gavin were very polite,friendly and very efficient! I have no hesitation in recommending Riley and his team " Clean &Seal" to restore your drive way!

With water on three sides of Wagstaffe, is salt really a problem for my driveway?+
It is — the constant salt-laden air off Brisbane Water and Broken Bay settles on the surface every day. On unsealed concrete or pavers it soaks in and dulls the finish over time. Sealing after the clean is what keeps that salt sitting on the surface instead of in it.
Can you access the older waterfront blocks down near the wharf?+
Yes. We work all through the village, including the tighter waterfront blocks and cottage driveways near the wharf. We bring our own water and gear, so we're set up for the smaller, older properties Wagstaffe is full of.
